This course is for people who want to improve their customer service skills and gain a qualification, which proves their skills and knowledge.

  • Developing Personal Presentation Skills

  • Building Working Relationships with Customers

  • Recognising and dealing with customer queries, requests and problems

  • Making and receiving telephone calls

  • Know how social media applications are used and know how to create an online profile

  • Know the risks of promoting an online profile through social media

  • Know how to use social media to identify employment opportunities

  • Know how to communicate with employers using social media

This is an online course, learners must have access to the internet and computer/tablet.


This course will last for 1 week. The course will start at 9:30 with a group training session, before learners being assigned work based on group session and partaking in a 121 call with the tutor
