This course is for people who want to improve their customer service skills and gain a qualification, which proves their skills and knowledge.

Developing Personal Presentation Skills
Building Working Relationships with Customers
Recognising and dealing with customer queries, requests and problems
Making and receiving telephone calls
Know how social media applications are used and know how to create an online profile
Know the risks of promoting an online profile through social media
Know how to use social media to identify employment opportunities
Know how to communicate with employers using social media
This is an online course, learners must have access to the internet and computer/tablet.
This course will last for 1 week. The course will start at 9:30 with a group training session, before learners being assigned work based on group session and partaking in a 121 call with the tutor
